Transcamster Bog issued a stamp to commemorate the Laird's visit to the 2023 London Sheep Drive, which was organized by the Worshipful Company of Woolmen on September 24, 2023. The Woolmen's Company, one of the livery companies of London, organizes the annual Sheep Drive to raise money for the Woolmen's Charity and the Lord Mayor's Appeal. The Laird exercised his right as a Freeman of the City of London to herd sheep into the City across a bridge over the River Thames. Southwark Bridge was used in 2023.
The stamp depicts a photo of the group of sheep that the Laird herded.
Thirty (3) French-style deluxe proofs of this stamp were also printed on cardstock.
