Transcamster Bog's first issue of 2023 depicts Flora Macdonald, the Jacobite who saved Bonnie Prince Charlie by disguising him as her Irish maid Betty Burke and putting him on a boat with her to Skye. The design is based on a portrait of Flora Macdonald by Allan Ramsay. The portrait is now in the Ashmolean Museum.
